Long story short. Mark Kaufman is a partner at Vivitiv, an issue oriented design firm based in Seattle. His illustrations have appeared in publications nationwide including The New York Times, The Progressive, The Stranger, and The Oxford American.

    This one was especially satisfying because of the “big reveal” when I scrolled down to the name plate. I was sure it was a disapproving dad at first!

    Making most of your income from Etsy sounds pretty impressive to me! Though I am not actually a full-blown Illustrator just yet. Maybe I need to get me one of them there Etsy accounts…

    haha! I used to be a loan officer (one of my more scummier moments, and believe me, I have plenty) and that scenario was all too familiar…But the scary thing was, usually we’d some how still push those loans through…And we wonder why there was a mortgage melt down…
