Resource Review – Tutor Mill
There’s a very compelling online “school” that focuses solely on Illustration.
It’s called Tutor Mill, and it boasts an impressive roster of instructors covering a wide range of topics, such as Album Art, Book Jacket Cover Art, Op Ed Illustration, and others. The classes aren’t cheap ($300 for a 3 or 6 week course), but the direct focus and the artists involved warrant a deeper look if you’re interested in sharpening your skills as an Illustrator.
I want to point out that I haven’t taken any of the classes at Tutor Mill, and so I can’t vouch for the quality of the education, but I think it’s important to highlight the service as a potentially useful resource for artists.
