Today I’d like to recommend a really special blog that should have made it on my list of 15 Illustration Blogs You Should Know About, because it explores this compelling question:

With a mission like that, The Tools Artists Use is sure to please if you’ve ever found yourself asking that question, and I know you have.
Bill Turner endeavors to find the answers through straightforward interviews with artists from many different fields of study about what they use to create their art, and why. Thanks so much for the link and the kind words about the site. I really appreciate it. And as you’ve more than likely noticed, the interviews have come to a halt. I plan on getting interviews back up and running again in the new year. Too many other things got in the way.
