Great review of the Pricing and Ethical Guidelines handbook. We at the Guild call it the PEGs. I do hope if you are an illustrator or art director, or anyone else earning your living as in the creative arts industry, you will join the Graphic Artists Guild, where a copy of this incredible resource is free with your membership.

I’m not aware of a UK-specific version, but you might try contacting some Illustration organizations in your area to inquire about this. Aside from the the pricing part of this guide, I believe that the rest of the information is universal to all areas. Let me know if you find anything!
